We are excited to use our knowledge, expertise, and experience within our fine arts preschool program!
Now ENROLLING for Fall 2025!
Our Fine Arts Club focuses on: “enrichment,” giving young children the opportunity to supplement their early education through dance, art, music, drama, and yoga. We nurture imagination, creativity, and confidence in a positive environment where kids feel safe to explore, move, and grow. All while aligning with our core values and the joyful structure you’ve come to expect from ADC.
Mondays AND Wednesdays for 12 weeks
Begins - 9/8/25
Meets twice a week EXCEPT for the week of Thanksgiving - 11/24/25 & 11/26/25
Last class - 12/3/25
Ages 3-5 - 9:30-11:30am
Meet our Fine Arts Club Teachers!
Ms. Kendra started her love of dance at age 2. Throughout her years of dancing, Ms. Kendra danced at local studios, on her high school dance team, and in the Orchesis Dance Company while studying at UNI. She also has high school and professional dance team coaching experience. Ms. Kendra graduated from UNI with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Literacy and has previously taught elementary before becoming ADC's full-time Education Manager. Ms. Kendra currently resides in Grundy Center with her husband and their two dogs. She is excited to bring her love of dance and movement to a preschool setting!
Ms. Allison began dance classes at age 2 and has never stopped! She danced competitively for many years throughout elementary, junior high, and high school, winning numerous awards. She attended Louisiana State University after high school and graduated from UNI after moving back home with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science – Dance Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and a minor in Dance. She also danced with Orchesis Dance Company, Young People’s Dance Theater, and Repertory Dance Theater while attending UNI. Ms. Allison also was a member of marching band, pep band, concert band, and vocal choir throughout elementary, junior high, and high school. She currently resides in rural Black Hawk County with her husband and their sons, Barrett and Brooks. She also previously taught first grade at Lincoln Elementary in Cedar Falls. She is very excited to combine her passion for dance and education with her passion for music and the fine arts in a daytime preschool setting!
